Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Hamilton House Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality treatments and services. Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments, refunds are subject to strict conditions as outlined below.

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where applicable.

2. Services (Treatments)

2.1 Once a treatment has been carried out, it is non-refundable.

2.2 Aesthetic results vary from person to person. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund where the service has been performed with reasonable care and skill.

2.3 If a treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable during consultation, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and provide a refund of any amount paid for that specific appointment.

3. Deposits

3.1 Deposits are non-refundable.

3.2 Deposits may be transferred once to an alternative appointment date if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

3.3 Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the deposit being retained.

4. Prepaid Treatment Packages

4.1 All prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.2 Packages must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

4.3 If a medical condition arises that prevents continuation of treatment, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, deducting the full price of treatments already received.

5. Gift Vouchers

5.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2 Gift vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated.

5.3 Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

6. Products

6.1 Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

6.2 Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations, unless faulty.

6.3 Faulty products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with consumer law.

7. Distance & Online Purchases

7.1 Where services are purchased online, clients may have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7.2 However, if you book an appointment within this 14-day period and confirm that you wish the service to begin, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once the treatment has been fully performed.

8. Refund Processing

8.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

8.2 Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to consider refunds or credits in exceptional medical or compassionate circumstances at our sole discretion. Supporting evidence may be required.
